Autotask update on GDPR

supportIT uses Autotask as our call logging, management and reporting tool. To enable us to support our users, we enter only limited amounts of personally identifiable information (PII) into Autotask; for example user name, email address and log data. In the coming months, we will be reviewing all our data collection systems and processes to ensure that we will be able to fully comply with GDPR obligations. Please click here to find a relevant communication regarding GDPR from Autotask.
