Our packages reflect the needs of our clients by offering options that support ad-hoc right up to business-critical IT requirements. The options listed in each package are interchangeable to suit clients’ individual requirements Bronze Suited to smaller operations with very little IT requirements, the bronze package allows for the minimum number of hours per year.
Silver The silver package is a good package for medium level companies with regular IT requirements. The response time is quicker and the preventative maintenance option is important for preempting any major IT problems before they affect company downtime. It also suits companies that would like their contract to include an agreed number of hours per month.
Gold The gold package is targeted at medium to large companies with business-critical IT requirements. The main differentiator from the silver package is the fixed price hardware and support to allow companies to accurately budget for their IT spend over the course of the year.An out-of-hours option is also included for cover out of normal business hours.
Contract-Free Clients also have the option of being contract-free and using our support services on an ad-hoc basis. Start-up's Getting up and running is a very busy time for any new business.
